Description

  • Assist and support the head of Corporate Systems Engineering(CSE) PMO and Strategy and senior management on a day to day basis - Collaborating with the larger organization strategy team, project leads and their nominated internal/external partners - Further develop and implement standardized procedures and templates for the delivery of Capital projects across the globe - Ensure projects are fully co-ordinated across the design disciplines - Undertake and manage the administrative tasks on multiple, simple to complex projects simultaneously - Assist in the management of the project costs, budget reviews, capital and operational expense planning & tracking - Participate in technical/engineering focus groups to improve consistency of delivery and service - Hands-on provision of comprehensive PM tools & services - Adherence to the use of established protocols, tools & processes – strong compliance - Manage and follow-up with Apple Stakeholders on project delivery tracking, issues/risks and results - Own that project(s) meet Apple's time, cost, quality constraints & overall goals and objectives - Work closely with key Apple Delivery Lines of Business (DLOB) stakeholders and partners in IS&T, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Security and EH&S plus site Facilities Managers across the region.

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

  • Familiar in capital planning, utilization tracking & reviews

  • Familiar in creating dashboards for budget tracking and metrics for monthly, quarterly, annual portfolio reviews

  • Familiar in project management, project life cycle, delivery of projects, project planning, execution and management processes

  • A structured approach to stakeholder engagement and planning communications.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and writing skills.

  • Accurate and timely structured reporting ability

  • Ability to connect with dispersed internal/external project teams

  • Self Starter, highly motivated to succeed and provide best-in-class PM services

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $35.12 and $52.77/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
