Walmart Senior Product Manager, Walmart Fulfillment Services in Sunnyvale, California

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Walmart US eCommerce Fulfillment Services (WFS) team builds products that allow Marketplace sellers to easily provide fast, affordable delivery options to Walmart's customers. WFS is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team in the payments space to build solutions for sellers. Obsessing over simplification and reducing friction for sellers is at the heart of this role.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will focus on developing features and technologies to enable commercialization of Walmart's extensive supply chain infrastructure. This position will be focused on facilitating clear financial transactions for our sellers as they grow their business with WFS as well as creating tools for our associates to drive productivity. The role will be focused on executing the roadmap and delivering features required on our platform for seller payments, discounts, reimbursements, and adjustments.

You'll sweep us off our feet if:

  • You demonstrate effective organization skills, discipline, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • You're motivated by the challenge of delivering results within one of the world's largest supply chains.

  • You are a self starter with a strong attention to detail and an ability to deal with ambiguity

  • You're skilled at engaging and communicating to stakeholders across multiple domains

  • You have experience in payments, financials, and analytics

  • You have a strong SQL and analytical background, especially with financial and transactional data

You'll make an impact by:

  • Developing feature strategies through user studies, A/B testing, or focus groups to drive product adoption and retention.

  • Incorporating the voice of the customer and seller in critical business and product decisions, strategies, and process changes.

  • Defining, analyzing, and monitoring data for KPIs that provide insights into product performance and user experience to drive product insights and feature prioritization.

  • Driving end to end ownership - Manage applicable system solutions for new features and ensure end to end ownership of solutions by working with relevant cross-functional groups including warehouse systems, data science, and engineering teams.

  • Working cross-functionally and across multiple locations - Communication, collaboration, and organization are key to your success. Work with cross-functional teams to translate the product roadmap into product features and engineering sprints.

  • Building - Take features from ideation / exploration with customers to full launch and rollout, including marketing plan and field enablement.

  • Moving fast - Work in an agile and iterative team environment.

  • Making data driven decisions - Defining, analyzing, and monitoring data for KPIs that provide insights into product performance and user experience to drive product insights and feature prioritization.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-04397:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 7 years' experience in product management or related area.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
