Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 10 years of experience in program or project management.

• 10 years of experience with software development and managing execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams.

Preferred qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in Software Engineering, Software Infrastructure Engineering, Security, Big Data and Analytics, Cloud Computing or Cloud Networking.

• 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $208,000-$296,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Lead execution on a variety of horizontal programs spanning across product areas.

• Build a healthy, scalable and growth-oriented Program Management organization to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage timely delivery, bring process efficiencies, and enable opportunities to integrate disparate initiatives into unified programs.

• Set the idea and direction for broad, cross-organizational initiatives by outlining goals and objectives, evaluating and providing oversight across multiple programs, identifying and mitigating systemic issues across the programs portfolio, and defining program controls/governance/standards to transform and deliver execution effectiveness.

• Facilitate reviews, planning, and collaboration between Product, SRE, Engineering, and Program Management.

• Build alignment between a diverse group of stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and senior leadership across the organization for efficient execution of strategic initiatives.
