PRIMARY CARE POSITION FNP / PA

• DEAwith prescriptive authority required

• FNP or PA designation with AZ license eligibility

• Experience in Primary Care preferred

This location is near an entertainment complex, professional sports andrefreshing Lake Pleasant: Our Health Clinic in Surprise is nestled within one of Arizona's fastest growing municipalities!This is asuburban demographic that includes age-restricted neighborhoods and young family communities.The clinic is currently focused on primary care services with chronic disease management, Medicare wellness, physicals, well-child examinations, acute care visits and minor in-office procedures.
