ManpowerGroup Electrical Production Lead in Sussex, Wisconsin

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the [Industry Descriptor], is seeking an Electrical Production Lead to join their team. As an Electrical Production Lead, you will oversee employees performing electrical work, such as terminating wires and reading blueprints, ensuring tasks are completed safely and with high quality.

Job Title: Electrical Production Lead

Location: Sussex, WI

Pay Range: $22.50-$35.50/hr. DOE

What’s the Job?

  • Oversee employees performing electrical work, ensuring safe and quality completion.

  • Terminate wires and read blueprints.

  • Follow up with employees on solutions and work quality.

  • Develop staff and provide training.

  • Mitigate roadblocks before they become larger issues.

What’s Needed?

  • Associates of Applied Science Degree OR equivalent experience and knowledge.

  • 5 years’ experience wiring panels and complex machines from prints, schematics, and technical instructions.

  • Knowledge of electrical and electronic components, motors, motor control concepts, and various testing and measuring equipment.

  • Ability to anticipate, plan, and recommend space, equipment, and staffing needs.

  • Prior experience directing and developing a staff of 5 or more employees.
