Robert Half Account Manager in Swanton, Ohio

Description We are in search of an Account Manager to join our team in SWANTON, Ohio. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the industry. The Account Manager will be a crucial player in maintaining customer satisfaction, driving sales, and providing superior customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

• Providing detailed product information and estimates to customers over the phone

• Driving sales and expanding territories to increase company profitability

• Staying updated on product offerings and options to accurately inform customers

• Cross-selling products to maximize sales and meet targets

• Collaborating with team members to deliver superior customer service

• Using CRM and Zoho Office Suite for managing customer data and sales processes

• Applying consultative sales techniques to address customer needs

• Adapting to new computer systems for efficient customer management

• Utilizing strong mathematical and organizational skills to maintain accurate customer records. Requirements • Proven experience in an Account Manager role or a similar client-facing role.

• Proficient in using CRM tools, specifically Zoho and Zoho Office Suite.

• Demonstrated ability in utilizing Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) systems.

• Strong consultative sales skills with a focus on improving client satisfaction.

• Experience with compensation and commission structures in a sales environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Aptitude for problem-solving and ability to handle pressure in fast-paced environments.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

• Solid understanding of account management processes and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
