Antwerpen Chevrolet (Sales Internet Manager position) Automotive Business Development Coordinator Antwerpen Chevrolet is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Internet Manager to join our team in Sykesville, Maryland. As the Sales Internet Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing the dealership's online presence, and coordinating sales activities to drive business growth. Responsibilities: * Engage with potential customers through online channels, including email, chat, and social media. * Manage and update the dealership's inventory and pricing information on various online platforms. * Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about vehicle options, features, and pricing. * Coordinate with the sales team to schedule test drives and follow up with customers. * Track and monitor online leads and follow up with leads to convert them into sales. * Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities. Requirements: * Prior experience in automotive sales or in a similar customer service role. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Proficient in using online platforms and social media for lead generation and customer engagement. * Knowledge of automotive industry and passion for automobiles. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
