Job Title: Superintendent

Job Description

CMB Construction is looking to add a Project Superintendent to their team. The company specializes in amenity spaces for large residential developments, including clubhouses, pools, rec centers, dog parks, playgrounds, etc. The Project Superintendent must have at least 5 years of commercial construction experience, including some out-of-the-ground projects. Ideally, candidates will have a commercial pool/rec center project in their portfolio. The role requires experience working with multiple subcontractors, maintaining project budget and schedule, and the ability to wear multiple hats and work autonomously within a small company and project team.

Hard Skills

• 5+ years of experience in superintendent role for General Contractor

• Blueprint Reading

• Experience managing multiple subcontractors

• Maintaining project budget and schedule

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Sykesville, Maryland.

Work Environment

The person will be working on-site in a project trailer. The small project team will work directly with the two owners to manage the project.
