Position supervises children while providing a safe, nurturing, responsive, and inclusive educational environment using developmentally appropriate practices. Assistant Teacher observes, documents, and assesses children's behaviors to support and contribute to decisions regarding individual children's needs in all domains of learning. Participates in required training hours, maintains CPR & First Aid certification, has daily communication with parents, and coordinates bi-annual parent conferences and parent reports. The ideal candidate has experience working in an early education center and holds a degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field.
