Requirements: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree or foreign equivalent in Law + 24 months experience as a Lawyer or Associate Attorney. Must be licensed to practice in NYS. Experience is required and must include: Advising on a variety of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development; Providing legal counsel in business law matters, including corporate formation, structuring, succession planning, mergers, acquisitions, and securities; Representing clients in real estate negotiations and transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations; Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating business and real estate contracts and agreements; Handling legal aspects of business financing, including lender liability and loan documentation.
