Class B CDL Local Driver

(Full-time position, Monday through Thursday)

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is looking for a Class B CDL driver to join the team!

We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer service-focused. The responsibilities will include handling local runs or offloads.

The role is directly supervised by the General Manager onsite from Monday to Thursday, based in Syracuse, NY, with a compensation of $29 per hour.

Essential responsibilities and duties include:

• Loading and unloading waste, exchanging full bins of paint cans with empty ones at the site, while prioritizing customer service.
• Routinely complete pre and post trip inspections and exhibit safe driving habits.
• Comprehending and carrying out all necessary documentation and electronic logging devices.
• Demonstrating a willingness to learn and maintain a fundamental understanding of daily work procedures.

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Hazmat endorsement
• Basic knowledge of, or interest in, hazardous waste field
• Self-motivated person with the desire to learn
• Successful completion of OSHA/ DOT physical examination which includes drug and alcohol screening.

• This is a Safety Sensitive Position.

Preferred qualifications:

• Completion of 40 Hour OSHA, CPR and First Aid Training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and computers.
