Job Summary:

The Facilities Technology Integration Specialist will manage all active construction BIM documents for entire Upstate campus, participating in operations and project meetings to gather information. Duties include development and maintenance of campus building models, linking and maintenance of related facility management databases to BIM models, a high level of communications with our project teams, Architecture/Engineering consultants and design partners. This position requires problem solving skills, organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related and one year relevant experience OR Associates degree in drafting/design or related and three years relevant experience required. Working knowledge of Revit 2021 Architecture, Revit Structure, Revit MEP, AutoCAD 2021, Navisworks Manage, Design Review, BIM360 Field, Microsoft Suite Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Bluebeam required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Construction Management preferred.
