Join a growing team as a Maintenance Repair Technician, where you'll ensure the functionality and reliability of critical equipment in a manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect, monitor, and repair equipment involving electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Troubleshoot issues and perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.Maintain and calibrate machinery, including CNCs, vacuum pumps, and water heaters.Develop and follow a maintenance schedule based on equipment needs and production demands.Track and document all maintenance activities using a CMMS.Support inventory management and assist in equipment fabrication when necessary.Contribute to safety and housekeeping practices in the work environment.QualificationsRequired: High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 3 years of machine maintenance experience.Preferred: 5+ years of experience or equivalent education/experience; familiarity with CMMS.Strong technical and mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.Basic knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems is a plus.Valid NYS driver’s license with a clean driving record.Skills and CompetenciesAbility to read and interpret maintenance manuals and safety documents.Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.Basic math skills and proficiency with tools and equipment.A commitment to safety and adaptability in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Work EnvironmentRegular exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and variable temperatures.Requires standing, stooping, lifting (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and wearing mandatory PPE.Take the next step in your career!
