Adecco Healthcare is in search of a distinguished Medical Director to spearhead our client's innovative healthcare initiatives in Syracuse, NY - 13057. This role offers the unique chance to shape the future of patient care in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.

Monday-Friday
8am-5pm
Flexible hybrid work-from-home options for administrative tasks

Base Compensation
- $325,000+ annually (depending on experience), with additional incentive opportunities
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited institution.
Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Medicine/Pediatrics.
Current, unrestricted New York State medical license.
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in primary care.
Proven leadership experience in clinical settings.
Passion for integrated care models and collaborative approaches with behavioral health providers.
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and advocacy for underserved populations.
Expertise in treating patients across all age groups (currently serving 12+, with potential to expand).
