Syracuse University Office Coordinator in Syracuse, New York
The Office Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director in managing the operations of three units including the Office of Cultural Engagement for the Hispanic Community (OCE), La Casita Cultural Center, and Punto de Contacto/Point of Contact (POC). This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic and culturally diverse environment. The Office Coordinator duties include general administrative tasks: organizing calendars, schedules, meetings, handling internal communications, compliance with policies and procedures, also supporting programs and initiatives that promote co-curricular development and student engagement, and the production of cultural events and community-based programs.
