As the Regional Facilities Manager at Micron, you will be responsible for overseeing Projects, Operations and Maintenance that provide support and resources for your sites. In this position, you will oversee cost estimates and maintain Site Facilities budget. You will work with vendors to ensure processes are being followed and provide clear directions for delivery. Review metrics and ongoing benchmarking for quality completion. You will use available resources to meet company and departmental goals and vendor provided metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate processes and ongoing building maintenance, facilities, and services to achieve all goals within budget, timeline, and scope constraints.

  • Drive alignment with relevant internal and external customers; understand and translate our needs and supervise alignment with our requirements and specifications.

  • Foster collaboration with key collaborators, customers, partners, and team members to gain insight into our requirements. Standardize processes and directions, establish metrics, and implement an ongoing benchmarking program.

  • Monitor and manage the execution of risk & root cause assessments following incidents, inspections, or other observations.

  • Develop and implement cost budgeting plans to optimize expenses.

  • Collaborate with various customers to ensure efficient operations and relevant feedback is provided.

  • Act as the face of NMS Global Workplace (GW) team, responsible for business unit alignment on growth and space needs.

  • Actively manage Executive Assistants' expectations and support services.

  • Own and manage financial projects and variance reporting for the NMS site functions.

  • Partner with key customers, such as IT, Audio Video, Security, Environmental Health, and Safety.

  • Serve as a project sponsor: align on scope of work, budget, and schedule. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed within the designated timeframe and budget while promoting positive relationships with customers to achieve desired results.

You are:

  • Experienced in leading third-party service providers and vendors, including standardizing processes, services, and work compliance.

  • Skilled in communicating with regulatory and government agencies on facility safety and environmental requirements.

  • Experienced with engaging with executive-level leadership.

  • Capable of managing budgets, initiating, and justifying capital projects.

  • Dynamic and resourceful with strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledgeable of CSA and MEP systems and generally accepted standards of workmanship in construction and infrastructure systems.

  • Proficient in project controls, standard project reporting, and program management.

  • Skilled in managing small facilities projects to complete TI buildout projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities, facilities management, and/or construction management or contracting.

  • CFM/PMP certification or equivalent, preferred.

  • Knowledge of standard methodologies and current trends in the industry.

  • Ability to develop and implement process improvements.
