You will work with different departments to enhance service offerings to increase sales and profitability within your assigned territory. In particular, you will: Assure the market's VMI services meet and exceed customer expectations. Ensure delivery of production on time with appropriate inventory and supplies, and oversee order entry into SAP. Prospect leads provided from the sales team to enhance sales and profitability of products. Assist VMI associates to qualify leads and close new sales orders. Collaborate with Branch Managers & ABOMs to assure supporting inventory levels are met for VMI programs. Lead, coach and mentor VMI associates; this will include positive motivation and performance evaluation, coaching, providing regular feedback, communication of goals, leading regular team meetings and calls. __Are you a MATCH? High School diploma or the equivalent five years related experience or training. Bachelor's degree preferred. SAP or similar software system experience. Intermediate skills operating a computer in a Windows based environment is recommended. Two or more years in business to business sales or supply chain/ inventory management is preferred. Must be able to work in a drug free environment.
