Adecco US, Inc. CNC Programmer in Tacoma, Washington

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer with expertise in Siemens NX and Vericut software. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience programming 3, 4, and 5-axis milling machines, ensuring the highest level of precision and efficiency in our manufacturing processes. This role requires a deep understanding of CNC programming, tooling, and machining operations to produce complex aerospace components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize CNC programs using Siemens NX for 3, 4, and 5-axis milling machines, ensuring accurate and efficient machining of complex parts.

  • Simulate and verify CNC programs using Vericut software to identify and resolve potential issues before production.

  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to review design specifications, select appropriate tools, and determine the best machining strategies.

  • Adjust and troubleshoot CNC programs as needed to improve machining performance and reduce cycle times.

  • Maintain and update CNC program libraries, ensuring that all programs are properly documented and version-controlled.

  • Conduct machine setup and first article inspections to ensure that the programs are producing parts to the required specifications.

  • Provide technical support to machine operators and resolve any programming-related issues that may arise during production.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in CNC programming, machining technology, and software updates to continuously improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, with a strong background in programming 3, 4, and 5-axis milling machines.

  • Proficiency in Siemens NX and Vericut software is required.

  • Solid understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical documentation.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • A degree or certification in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
