An ITM Agent to join our team! As an ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) Agent you will provide engaging member centric service to our members virtually, via video through the Interactive Teller Machine. This includes but is not limited to: handling requests for balance information, transfers, deposits, loan payments, account research, product information, and member service on deposit and loan accounts. As an ITM Agent you will be constantly seeking out opportunities to expand our member's relationship with the credit union through member education as well as product and service solutions tailored to each member's needs. In this role you will provide member service and support handling requests of varying degrees of complexity; some routine in nature and others that require more extensive research and problem resolution skills to identify and resolve issues. As an ITM Agent you will effectively assists members via ITMs located at multiple locations. This position takes complete ownership of the members needs while meeting credit union standards. Learn more about our company culture here! As a ITM Agent you will... Displays an engaging, on-screen presence, positive attitude, and effective communication style through video conferencing. Assumes responsibility for the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of teller functions to be processed using the ITM. Educates members to make them comfortable and competent using the interactive technology. Facilitates ITM process for members by providing step-by-step guidance through the ITM process. Provide information on Credit Union services or policies, including eligibility for membership, types of Credit Union accounts, various interest rates, current dividend rates, locations, office hours and telephone numbers. Perform routine member transactions including: deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers and check cashing. Perform Shared Branching transactions. Accept requests for stop payments, wire transfers, perform file maintenance on accounts, order debit/credit cards and various other items. Provide members statements and check copies; assist members with statement reconciliation. Provide members with account status information, including current balances and accurate loan pay-offs. Assist members to resolve discrepancies and grievances. Provide accurate accounting of transactions by balancing and preparing daily balance sheet. Enroll or opt-out members for various services (i.e. telephone banking, online banking, and E-statements, etc.), as applicable. Assist members with completi
