JOB SUMMARY:

This position performs support for the Child Support Program production system and is an excellent fit for self-motivated critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with computer systems and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:

• Completing activities associated with complex and/or escalated scenarios

• Reviewing and updating critical data fields

• Monitoring system outputs

• Reporting anomalies to the appropriate stakeholders and technical team, and following through to resolution

• Compiling data for reporting purposes

• Assisting with batch operations through collaboration with functional and technical analysts to run jobs in the Production environment

• Possessing a comprehensive knowledge of the service management process to review and triage Incidents efficiently

  MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.

• One year of experience with the Child Support Program.

• Two years of experience communicating with customers for the purpose of resolving inquiries.

• Two years of experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions.

  PREFERENCES:

• Preference may be given to candidates with operational knowledge of multiple CRM processes within the Child Support Program.

• Preference may be given for experience providing quality customer service.

  SPECIAL NOTES:

• Applicants that meet minimum qualifications with the highest points will be selected for interview via agency approved applicant selection criteria (ASC).

• This position is part-time telework eligible after training and an acceptable level of proficiency is reached

  SALARY: $38,942.76 - $49,599.72
