As an Engineering Manager we will help drive alignment across a set of products/services to deliver timely value to partners and customers!

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Bring company perspective to ensure VC/LoS chain portfolio alignment to NI strategic priorities​

• Bring together customer, business, and technology needs to define outcome-focused objectives​

• Define multi-year strategic intents aligned to NI strategy​

• Define products and lead product lifecycle​

• Align budget and secure funding needed to achieve objectives​​

• Develop a customer focused high-performing team by bringing both product management and engineering ​

• Understanding of the value and primary skills of each role on team​

• Able to bring individuals together to build a strong sense of purpose and team​

• Able to identify team strengths, weakness, and opportunities and develop strategy to improve and apply them​

• Able to coach, mentor, and empower others​

• Collaboration and communication skills​

• Able to influence customers, partners, and business solutions leaders​

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Understanding of industry standard processes

• 10 years of experience in IT or Engineering

• Bachelors of Science or equivalent experience, in Engineering field

• Must be a US citizen or green card holder​

You will be accountable to supporting the T&M IT organization with the following services:

• Front Line Support

• Application System Management

• Quality and Testing (Automation)

• SFDC Administration

You are responsible for leading individual contributors and other managers across multiple time zones!
