We are looking for a well-rounded individual that has experience with many different application engineering technologies. Someone who likes the challenge of learning new applications and technologies, and then helping to develop architectures and designs for them. Someone who will work directly with key stakeholders to define problems and determine solution requirements. This person will work on a highly collaborative team, working together to design and support application solutions for Humana. The Lead Technology Leadership Professional is responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance. The Lead Technology Leadership Professional works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
The Lead Technology Leadership Professional works with design engineering and test team to drive products from design completion to volume production release. Performs various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs. Supports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components. Ensures that production schedules are followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements. Interacts with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Ability to provide secondary support for Associate Director as needed.
Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering methodologies.
Production support of multiple applications and data stores
Project leadership, tracking, and outcomes
Participate in architectural, design, and requirements discussions with others on projects
Track tasks on ADO boards/backlogs
Moving tasks forward
Advancing technologies and architectures
Multi-year goals for applications we support
Assisting with application support and escalation requests
Trend & track problems/issues/resolutions
Relationships with other teams

Assist with major outages
Understanding of escalations and major incident response
Work with others
Interact with peers in the department, peers in other departments, leaders (managers/ADs/directors/AVPs/VPs) in other departments, and business.
Providing IT architecture recommendations/guidance, troubleshooting information, etc.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure
Experience with unit testing and mocking
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders
Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or other Advanced Degree
Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams
Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
Six Sigma certification
ITIL certification
Cloud certifications (Azure, GCP, AWS, etc.)

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$115,300 - $158,600 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
