Job Summary:

• Interprets and implements a wide variety of government regulations regarding marketing materials, CMS/ OIR approved benefits and benefit limitations,
• The annual application and plan reporting to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
• Plans, implements, and coordinates activities for the marketing and sale of Capital Health Plan Marketplace Individual plans.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of five years of related experience is preferred. State of Florida Health Insurance License required within 3 months of employment.
