Robert Half Mobile Device Management Analyst in Tallahassee, Florida

Description

We are on the hunt for a Mobile Device Management Analyst to join our team in Tallahassee, Florida. The role involves working in the IT industry, focusing on mobile device management. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing mobile device security policies, providing Tier 2 support, and assisting in the analysis, testing, and deployment of devices and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and enforce mobile device security policies to ensure the safety and integrity of our network.

• Provide Tier 2 support for mobile devices such as phones, tablets, and other mobile devices.

• Collaborate with infrastructure and operations to assist in the analysis, testing, and deployment of devices and applications.

• Utilize expertise in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), Email Quarantine, device enrollment, reset, un-enrollment, re-enrollment, and MDM policy management.

• Assist in determining the technical configurations and settings for mobile devices to align with client policies.

• Identify business and technological drivers that motivate projects, and collect data about current systems, procedures, and performance.

• Help to establish a reliable and efficient process for Mobile Device Management (MDM), including provisioning, de-provisioning, and support.

• Establish support processes, Standard Operation Procedures, and knowledge base for MDM and mobile devices.

• Use Service Desk Software to track and respond to tickets in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with teams across IT to identify, escalate, and resolve problems efficiently and effectively.

Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in managing Apple Devices

• Proven experience in Mobile Device Management

• Ability to handle and troubleshoot issues related to Mobile Tablets

• Comprehensive knowledge of Android Devices

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
