We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager/Accounting Administrator to join our law firm in Tallahassee, FL. This hybrid role requires a dynamic individual who can efficiently manage office operations while overseeing the firm's accounting functions. salary: $23.5 - $24 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and attorneys.

  • Handle client communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.

  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.

  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate billing and payments.

  • Maintain financial records and prepare monthly financial reports.

  • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.

  • Assist with budget preparation and financial planning.

  • Coordinate with external accountants for tax preparation and audits.
