General Summary
The Office of the Clerk is seeking candidates for the position of OPS Bill Information Assistant.
This is full-time temporary employment during the legislative session (January 20, 2025 through May 2, 2025).
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
This is time-sensitive and detailed specialized work creating, maintaining and monitoring legislative bill information for the House of Representatives. The OPS Bill Information Assistant aides the Bill Information Analysts with coordination and execution of procedural and technical requirements to develop, implement and ensure accurate and timely status for bill event information in the areas of bill actions and bill companion analysis. This role requires the use of various applications, manual tracking, high navigational and interpersonal communication skills, data integration oversight and flexibility.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must be teachable, competent and flexible. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university is helpful.
Rate of Pay
$15.00/hour
