The PrIME Rotational Engineering roles are onsite positions that will rotate across various United States based locations every 8 months for 2 years! Length of response to applications can vary due to the recruiting and hiring process for the program.

Rotational assignments will be determined after a candidate is hired based on personal preference and Collins business needs. The posted location (FL Remote Location) in this job description is for administrative purposes only and may or may not be a rotational option.

If you are looking for a career adventure, the Professional Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering (PrIME) Rotation Program at Collins Aerospace is seeking motivated engineers with relevant engineering backgrounds to participate in Cohort 5!

Cohort 5 begins June 2025, with opportunities to start sooner.

Two-year program consisting of 8-month rotations across various Collins Aerospace business units.

    Basic Qualifications You Must Have:

  • B.S. Degree or higher in Engineering or related technical field.

  • 5 years or less of industry experience (prior Collins Aerospace experience included).

  • Ability and willingness to travel and relocate throughout the course of the program.

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
