Job Title: Accounts Payable Coordinator

Job Description

The Accounts Payable Coordinator performs centralized accounting activities for the Operational Finance’s Shared Services Department.

Role Description

  • Entering and reconciling vendor invoices for assigned branch locations

  • Managing the branch invoice email inbox

  • Uploading invoices into Viewpoint, and verifying information for purchase orders and general ledger coding

  • Reconciles vendor statements to open payable reports monthly and escalates issues with past-due invoices as necessary

  • Creating, reviewing, and issuing purchase orders as needed

Hard Skills

  • General ledger coding

  • Purchase order issuance

Work Environment

  • Mo-Fr 8:00am - 5:00pm

  • This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Tampa, Florida and some days remote

  • The initial training is on-site for 1-2 months. After training, you will have a hybrid schedule

  • On-site - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

  • Remote - Monday and Friday

MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO TAMPA
