Description We are offering a contract for an Accounts Payable Specialist position in Tampa, Florida. In the non-profit industry, the role involves managing vendor relationships, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate data records.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in setting up vendors and managing ongoing vendor relationships.

• Carry out data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

• Involve in the process of coding and entering vendor invoices.

• Conduct research on bills and interact with other departments for resolving discrepancies.

• Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking necessary actions when required.

• Utilize Financial Edge for various tasks, with training provided as needed.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer invoices. Requirements • Proven experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is essential

• Proficiency in coding invoices is necessary

• Ability to enter invoices accurately and efficiently

• Experience with customer invoices is required

• Familiarity with entering vendor invoices is a must

• Strong data entry skills are necessary

• Knowledge of Financial Edge software is preferred
