Position: Customer Support Specialist

Summary/Objective

In this exciting role, your passion for providing exceptional service contributes to our high-level of customer satisfaction. You will connect with our customers to address questions and resolve issues. In addition, you will work with various teams to resolve customer support concerns and serve as an ambassador for our brands.

Essential Functions

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Communicate with customers through various channels.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

  • Builds customer relationships, earning their loyalty and trust.

  • Generates excitement for new solutions and products that can enhance customer experience.

  • Ensure Customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

  • Helps controls losses by applying and processing hold order logic.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma required

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service or call center experience

  • Comfort with technology and how to apply it to solve problems and find solutions

  • Strong communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred

  • Ability to work well under pressure; multi-task, with excellent time management skills

  • Professional and customer friendly phone etiquette

  • Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience with Social Media customer interactions

  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
