Breakthru Beverage Group EFT Coordinator in Tampa, Florida
Overview
The Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Coordinator will be responsible to processing vendor EFT draft notices for all BBG business units and work the units unassigned aging accurately and timely. The role will be responsible for reconciling the drafts and invoices to match and clear postings according to the bank disbursement account.
This position must be based from our Tampa, FL office location to operate in a hybrid capacity.
Responsibilities
Match invoices to drafts and clear SAP in a timely manner.
Pull missing EFT drafts and/or invoices from vendor portals and process according to policy.
Post EFT incoming invoices.
Complete daily EFT matching and assign to clear by researching and verifying supplier AP account in SAP.
Monitor monthly unassigned report to clear by month end.
Determine any changes that would help increase efficiency and participate in testing, as needed.
Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.
Qualifications
Associates degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in related area
Excellent PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
Proficient in 10-key by touch
Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
Analytic and Reporting skills
Perform job duties in an accurate, proficient and timely manner
Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
3-5 years of experience in related area
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to remain in a stationary position at times; communicate, and operate a computer and telephone
Competencies:
Accountable for meeting own targets, work is reviewed periodically.
Problems encountered will be defined, repetitive, and routine with a solution readily available.
