Inframark, LLC Finance Assessment Coordinator in Tampa, Florida

Job Description

The Assessment Coordinator is responsible for the analysis, reporting, budgeting, assessment roll preparation, and forecasting for their specific region of operations. This role will report to the Director of Finance and is located in Tampa, FL with hybrid remote/on-site work flexibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs strategic financial analyses and planning that incorporates the financing needs of the district.

  • Monitors the special tax districts debt position, ensuring compliance with all bond covenants, and Federal, State and local regulations.

  • Prepares and maintains debt service schedules regarding the district’s total debt obligations.

  • Prepares disclosure of financial and operating data reports such as annual continuing disclosure, bond disclosures, bond compliance, and debt management plan.

  • Evaluates, designs, and participates in the structuring of financial models and forecasts for various debt obligations.

  • Prepares Request for Proposals for Services, and other debt related proposals as needed.

  • Performs cash flow analyses on projects and bond fund balances, revenues, projected capital improvement program financing, existing debt, and future debt issuances.

  • Other duties may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws, codes, and regulations.

  • Knowledge of financial analysis and management concepts.

  • Skill in utilizing a personal computer and associated software programs.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

  • Ability to create and use complex computer spreadsheets and graphical presentations.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial problems, documents, and reports.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

  • Ability to schedule and coordinate projects, set priorities, and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and use rational judgment in making work-related decisions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

  • Three (3) years of experience in finance a must.
