SAIC Knowledge Manager in TAMPA, Florida

Description

SAIC is seeking a Knowledge Manager/Technical Writer. In this role, you will play a critical role in communicating the policy and procedures for implementing Object Based Intelligence (OBI) within an SAIC Intelligence Customer division.

This position will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintain and organize data, processes, and knowledge regarding OBI governance and knowledge modeling to keep it up-to-date and organized in a way that ensures stakeholders across the division have access to the resources they need.

  • Contribute to the development of governance documents and tradecraft guidance, facilitate meetings, and ensure compliance with production standards, ultimately advancing national security objectives through effective intelligence analysis.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

  • Ability to obtain a Polygraph.

  • A Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience in Knowledge Management and/or All-Source Analysis.

  • Significant expertise in SharePoint.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Power BI).

  • Familiarity with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) impacting all-source intelligence analysis.

  • Familiarity with Object Based Intelligence concepts, including object management services and knowledge models.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.

Telework/Remote Availability:

  • At least 40% of the work must be done within an SCI-cleared facility w/access to customer networks; Up to 60% can be remote telework.
