A client of Insight Global is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to join their team. Responsibilities include: Meeting SLA's, managing a technical team, analyzing data, and forecasting.

Skills and Requirements

2 years of administrative, technical, and/or operational job experience

1 year of leadership/management experience (will be overseeing a team of 10 - level 1 & 2 support desk)

Microsoft Office

college degree/certification/professional training equivalence

Understanding of Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems

Understanding of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic networking null
