WTW Product Manager - Mobile Applications in Tampa, Florida

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of new features that will enhance our existing mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with our business goals and customer needs. Identify opportunities for new features and enhancements to our existing mobile apps.

  • Customer Focus: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to understand their needs and preferences. Use this information to prioritize feature development and ensure our apps exceed customer expectations.

  • Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the development and release of new features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.

  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Identify and implement innovative solutions that will set our mobile apps apart from the competition.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with technology leaders, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to define feature requirements and ensure a seamless user experience. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams. Collaboration with Engineering teams that are at our offshore locations is a key requirement.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of new features. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve our mobile apps.

  • Project Management: Stay involved in the end-to-end development process, from ideation to launch. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Hands On : To successfully collaborate with remote colleagues at multiple time zones, the job requires attending regular meetings, Scrum rituals, and working sessions every day.

  • Travel: There would be some travel expected for this role, although this is very rare to happen.

  • Working Hours: We expect this person to be flexible in terms of working hours; attending meetings with our offshore team is essential during product discussions.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the mobile app industry. Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.

  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to think creatively and strategically.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Passion: A genuine passion for mobile technology and a desire to create products that customers love.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $80,000-$115,000 USD per year.

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus
