Role: Lending Transformation Program - Data, Governance & Reporting Manager - SVP

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion as FTE

Pay rate between $85 - $93/hr on W2 (All inclusive)

Job Description:

Looking for a highly energized, dynamic project manager with knowledge of wholesale lending (preferred) to join the Lending Transformation Program Management Team. They should be ready to join a fast paced, world leader in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead program planning and coordination of day-to-day Program and project workstream(s) activities

• Direct the identification and escalation of risks and issues impacting program and workstream delivery and ensures mitigation strategies are developed and executed that address key risks and issues.

• Work with program lead to ensure project prioritization and plan is in line with objectives and business needs

• Prepare material for senior committee meetings and Regulatory bodies

• Review/analyze program reporting deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and positioning of key information

• Design, develop, and maintain program reporting solutions, working with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into effective dashboards and reports which can be efficiently maintained.

• Lead meetings including governance, workshops and working groups

• Drive adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery

• Direct communication of program status, issue, and risk disposition to stakeholders and governance forums

• Co-ordinate multiple cross functional teams to achieve required outcomes

• Apply comprehensive understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and knowledge of other areas to resolve cross functional issues.

• Ensure creation of program plan, benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, RAID logs and Critical Success Criteria are maintained for timely reporting

• Participate in strategic planning meetings covering areas of possible evolution and/or expansion of program scope inclusive of plan maintenance, program tooling, and report automation

• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit, ensuring transformation outcomes adhere to enterprise control policies, standards, and procedures

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Client, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.

Experience / Knowledge / Skills

• 5-8 years’ experience in project/program management, Banking or Finance industry preferred

• Bachelors degree/University degree equivalent

• Expert level ability to analyze data to identify deliverables, gaps and inconsistencies

• Track record in constructing insightful reports, dashboards and key metrics for senior management using advanced Excel and BI Reporting tools

• Experience working in a fast paced financial services firms

• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred

• Wholesale Lending Experience preferred

• Proven record of delivery in process and organizational change

• Demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail

• Ability to drive change and effectively manage projects and stakeholders

• Strong organizational leadership and influencing skills

• Proactive, 'no surprises', approach in communicating issues/requests

• Capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment

• Excellent oral and written communications skills; Must be articulate and persuasive.

• Works well under pressure and in tight deadlines
