Role: Project Manager

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid 2 days onsite)

Position Type: 6+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion as FTE

Job description:

Need a Project Manager to run a large-scale [agile/waterfall] business projects with the focus on E2E planning, stakeholders' management, strong project risk/issue management, organizational readiness. PM should be able to actively drive projects to a timely completion, and to ensure artifacts completeness and compliance. Prior experience running large-scale projects is a must. Knowledge of PTS 2.0, MS Project, JIRA, Tableau, and Six Sigma / PMP certification is a plus, but is not mandatory.

Job Description

Job Purpose:

Support design of Retail Credit Risk infrastructure. Execute a large-scale [agile/waterfall] business projects. Oversee E2E project plan development/execution, and support coordination of test planning and execution, with the focus on stakeholders' management, strong project risk management, and organizational readiness.

Person Specification

Knowledge/Experience:

Essential

• Knowledge and expertise on Project Management in the financial services industry 7+ years is required.

Desirable

• Knowledge and expertise on Project Management, including PMO experience; 10+ years of combined PMO and Project Management highly preferred.

Skills: (technical skills)

Essential

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact at senior levels of the FRI organization

• Strong stakeholders' management skills, including senior management

• Strong project risk management skills (ability to identify, risk analysis, risk response, monitoring, communication, leadership, problem-solving, adaptability, critical thinking) are essential

Desirable

• Strong analytical skills

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Math, Engineering, Programming or Finance

• Prior experience running large-scale projects is a must.

• Proficient in MS Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Desirable

• Six Sigma, PMP certification preferred but is not mandatory.

• Knowledge of PTS 2.0, JIRA, Tableau

• Experience with SharePoint: configuration and maintenance in SharePoint as a plus

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with project teams/ leaders across all functional areas and levels

• Ability to actively drive projects to a timely completion, ensure artifacts completeness and compliance

• Individual should be flexible, team-oriented, have good follow-up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and dissect/solve complex problems

• A desire to gain/expand knowledge of Client Finance/ Risk processes, data and platforms as well that of enterprise wide Product and Geography organizations
