What You'll Do:

  • Process and manage purchase orders with precision and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless transactions.

  • Reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and payments to maintain financial accuracy.

  • Support the accounting team with data entry, reporting, and budget tracking.

  • Proactively identify process improvements to enhance workflow.

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Collecting information: Gathering information from different departments to determine what they need

  • Submitting purchase orders: Submitting purchase orders to the distribution center

  • Handling invoicing: Tracking orders and payments, and reconciling invoices

  • Maintaining order schedules: Processing purchasing from quotation, order, through to delivery

  • Liaising with suppliers: Working with suppliers to attain the best quality, pricing, terms, and delivery of products

  • Solving discrepancies: Solving discrepancies and issues related to late products

  • Reporting defects: Reporting defects and damages

  • Software experience: SAP is a PLUS or experienced similar software

The essential functions of this role include:

  • working in a smoke free environment

Skills

  • SAP (2 years of experience is required)

  • QuickBooks

  • Account Reconciliation

  • Bookkeeping (1 year of experience is preferred)

  • Purchase Orders (2 years of experience is required)

  • Work Orders (1 year of experience is required)

  • Administrative Duties (2 years of experience is required)

  • Invoicing (1 year of experience is required)

  • Inventory management
