You will utilize your 20+ years of experience to provide specialized analysis, planning, conduct research or evaluate information from a variety of sources and makes recommendations based on the data.

Support campaign, contingency, and crisis planning focused on joint problem sets – a wide ranging task that requires extensive knowledge of Joint Planning and Intelligence Planning Processes and expertise in how Joint Operations policy, strategy, and plans align with our national security policies.

· Provide subject matter expertise on customer’s capabilities.

· Expert in communications, influencing and leadership skills.

· Experience with intelligence planning, formal military planning certification, or the successful completion of School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS), School of Advanced Warfighting (SAW), School of Advanced Air and Space Studies (SAASS), or Maritime Advanced Warfighting School (MAWS) programs.

· Experience with coordinating analytic support to produce Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE) products.

· Knowledge of Joint Planning and Intelligence Planning Processes and Special Operations policy, strategy, and plans, including TCPs and TCOs, GCPs, or OPLANs, and U.S. national security policies.

· Knowledge of Joint Planning and Intelligence Planning Processes to determine and describe intelligence support across collection, analysis, production, and targeting.

· 10 Years of experience in SOF strategic planning, intelligence methods, and management.

· 5 Years of SOF unit experience at the tactical and operational level.

· Ability to work independently and meet short deadlines in a fast-paced environment, coordinate participation and input in the development of global plans.

· Consult with clients to determine optimum design for assigned projects.

· Serves as advisor to clients in assigned subject areas, recommends functional changes, and identifies areas for further investigation.

· Coordinate and collaborate with other disciplines and partner organizations to produce thorough and reliable products.

· Perform additional duties as assigned.

· Participate in special projects as required.

· May coach and review the work of less experienced professionals.

· May develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements.

· The analyst will have an opportunity to support additional duties beyond the prescribed functions becoming integrated and trained to support and compliment operational execution.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Master's Degree

Required Experience : 20+ years of related experience either Military or Civilian Equivalent.

Security Clearance Level: Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.

Required Skills and Abilities:

· Military Leadership Experience.

· Special Operations Planning Experience.

· Oversight at either the strategic or operational level.

· Interagency and DoD coordination experience.

· US Citizenship Required.

The likely salary range for this position is $122,366 - $140,300. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
