We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Systems/Network Administrator in the Service industry, based in Tampa, Florida. This role is vital in maintaining the technical operations of our organization and will involve managing our internal systems, networks, and databases to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365.

• Manage and monitor Active Directory services.

• Oversee and optimize the SQL Server Database administration.

• Ensure the security of the network by implementing and monitoring network security protocols.

• Handle routing and switching operations to maintain optimal network performance.

• Administer and maintain VPN for secure and reliable remote access.

• Oversee local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) for efficient interconnectivity.

• Implement system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system functionality.

• Utilize ticketing systems to track, report, and resolve customer issues.

• Monitor and maintain computer hardware to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Active Directory is required

• Experience with Backup Technologies is necessary

• Familiarity with Computer Hardware is expected

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 is required

• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server is necessary

• Experience with LAN - Local Area Network is needed

• Understanding of WAN - Wide Area Network is essential

• Familiarity with VPN - Virtual Private Network is expected

• Experience with Ticketing System is crucial
