Citigroup Vice President, Learning Development Business Analyst Lead (Hybrid) in Tampa, Florida

The Citi Program Management Council (CPMC) is responsible for setting the strategic direction of Program and Project Management Governance at Citi through the establishment of, and monitoring compliance to, the Citi Program and Project Management Policy and Standard. The CPMC Governance & Standards pillar establishes and defines minimum requirements for the Citi Program and Project Management Policy and Standards. The task force assesses adequacy of, authors, and monitors adherence and compliance to the PM Policy, Standards and Procedures.

The Learning Development Business Analyst Lead is a professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Has excellent communication skills required to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.

The Learning Development Business Analyst Lead will hold the following responsibilities:

The Learning Development Business Analyst Lead will be part of the CPMC Capabilities Team. The team is responsible for sustaining program/project management and business analysis core competencies across Citi through initiatives focused on training, awareness, and knowledge sharing opportunities. In the role you will:

  • Manage the Capabilities activities related to Third-Party Management.

  • Prepare and support communication and presentation needs, inclusive of drafting, editing, and releasing of content.

  • Conduct analysis, write detailed requirements, develop solutions, drive and track end-to-end execution for projects of varied size and timelines.

  • Support planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities within the team.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to action deliverables.

  • Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline and enhance existing processes and procedures.

  • Identify and schedule knowledge sharing events across Citi regarding project management and business analysis topics.

  • Identify new opportunities through the creation and analysis of metrics related to our training classes, network population and communication strategy effectiveness.

Skills:

  • 6 - 10 years’ experience in Project, Program Management Governance, and Execution.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven experience as a relationship builder and team player.

  • Experience providing communications and brand management for a global team.

  • Strong risk and control mindset.

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Project).

  • High energy and a passion for marketing, communications, program management, and processes

  • Experience in partnering across virtual teams.

  • Knowledge of the Citi PM Policy and PM Standards or the equivalent, and knowledge of the interaction with industry level standards.

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • PMP Certification highly recommended.

Education:

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master’s degree

$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
