Citigroup VP, Governance of CBNA-Aligned Regulations (Hybrid) in Tampa, Florida

The VP for Governance of Citibank North America ('CBNA') -aligned regulations is an experienced regulatory professional who has the skills to manage regulations in an 'end-to-end' manner. The regulations in question include 12 CFR 5, 12 CFR 7, 12 CFR 225 (re permissibility), OCC Heightened Standards and the Safety and Soundness Standards. The role requires being comfortable reading and interpreting these regulations, reflecting requirements for them in policy documentation and the reviewing/challenging their 'real world' controls. The individual will work in the first line of defense within CBNA's Head Office and will ideally be an attorney, with experience having worked as a compliance officer or in an internal audit or governance role of a bank. Experience of the specific regulations in questions is advantageous but not essential. Excellent organizational and analytical skills also required as well as the ability to work effectively across the whole team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support on the oversight of controls in place for CBNA-aligned regulations

  • Lead on reporting/analysis for these regulations for senior management

  • Lead on the maintenance of control documentation and policy documentation.

  • Track and monitor regulatory issues, regulatory commitments and enforcement actions from onset through conclusion, for the these regulations to ensure appropriate reporting in various senior forums

  • Communicate to all stakeholders on a timely basis in a clear way.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience in regulatory compliance

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
