This position will report to the Head of Liquidity Risk Analytics within the second line Global Liquidity Risk Management organization and will own the delivery of independent assessment of liquidity reporting data processes and related controls. This role will require the ability to perform an end-to-end review of processes to identify gaps and recommend enhancements. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence, and convince others, often at a senior level, in particular colleagues in other areas like first line Treasury, Finance Reporting, and Technology.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assessment of design and operating effectiveness of FR 2052a reporting processes and related controls owned by the First Line.

• Make recommendations to enhance timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of liquidity data and reporting.

• Liaise with members across Treasury, Finance Reporting, and Technology teams to evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of remediation actions to address identified gaps.

• Provide second line oversight across a range of strategic Treasury data transformation initiatives.

• Participate in key governance forums and assess data and reporting issues and strategic and tactical remediation plans.

• Review of adequacy and effectiveness of reporting procedures and methodologies owned by the First Line.

• Assist in completing ongoing related tasks, projects, and analyses.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of FR 2052a liquidity reporting as well as internal and regulatory liquidity stress metrics.

• 7+ years of related experience.

• Understanding of regulatory report production processes and controls.

• Strong project management, presentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously and plan / prioritize appropriately.

• Background in data analytics and governance with knowledge of industry best practice a plus.

• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
