Citigroup VP, Senior Resource Management Analyst - BP&A Business Execution (Hybrid) in Tampa, Florida
The Business Execution Senior Resource Management Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for driving ICRM's strategy and execution. Candidate will work closely with senior management to support records management, build ICRM's continuity of business program, manager control assessments and ad hoc assignments as the Business Execution Resource Management Team continues to evolve. Other tasks may include managing external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The role may coordinate and manage workforce management activities, resource headcount reporting and other administrative needs and ad hoc projects as necessary.
Responsibilities:
Senior resource management analyst will perform a wide range of functions and have exposure to multiple functions within the ICRM program. A few of the
responsibilities include:
Records Management
Ensures ICRM appropriately identifies, retains, and disposes of records in line with laws, rules and regulations covering the many jurisdictions in which Citi does business. Through Records Management, Citi a ensures information that must be held for reasonably foreseeable, pending or active litigation is identified and preserved. The ICRM Records Management Program Lead (RMPL) coordinates RM activities globally for the sector and serves as the primary liaison between RM staff across ICRM and the Chief Data Office (CDO), Data Retention Information Management Office (DRIM) and the Office of Privacy & Data Responsibility (OPDR).
Enterprise Resilience
Business Continuity ensures functions that are critical to the business can be recovered or continue to operate despite a disruption. ICRM CAO Lead Business Recovery Coordinator (LBRC) creates the organization’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP) which includes Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) of all essential processes, dependencies, technology and staff. The scope of the LBRC extends beyond ICRM CAO, guiding LBRCs across ICRM through program deliverables
Provides real-time Crisis Management updates to the ICRM Executive Management Team (EMT).
Qualifications:
6-10 years of experience in resource management, primarily in financial services
Strong communication skills
HR analytics background is a plus
Strong excel skills including creation of complex pivot tables and lookups
Experience in interaction at Executive management level of businesses
Broad understanding of business practices
Demonstrates capacity to work in highly pressured & volatile environments.
Education:
Bachelors (4 Year University) Degree or equivalent experience required
Masters (MA, MBA, etc) Degree preferred
Degree specialized in HR/Resource Analytics preferred
