We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team in Tampa, FL , to be responsible for the day-to-day management of inventory and warehouse operations including uninterrupted order fulfillment for our external customers’ and increasing efficiencies with the associated processes/procedures.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday , 8:00am - 5:00pm, with flexibility for weekends

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple warehouse operations within the division

• Manage daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, floor productivity, shipping, receiving, and customer service

• Ensure supplies are properly managed utilizing the Oracle -Peoplesoft and Cerner systems, cycle counts, inventory turns, replenishment, bench stock adjustments.

• Review daily productivity reports to ensure we are in line with corporate guidelines

• Interact with Tampa laboratory weekly to review supply usage and week over week variances

• Ensure monthly inventories are preformed throughout the division, review and approve the counts

• Review monthly financial results with finance department, explain variances

• Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention and increased productivity

• Review client supply concerns, ensure these concerns are resolved in compliance with all company polices

• Ensure all employees within the division are properly trained on how to request and manage their inventories and have the resources needed to perform their jobs

• Oversee the contracted custodial department and facilities team to ensure the Tampa facility is properly maintained and operational

• Travel to various site locations as required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Previous supply chain experience required

• Prior leadership experience preferred

• Strong customer service communication skills; strong writing skills, and good presentation skills.

• Advanced excel and/or reporting tool skills. Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong initiative; ability to grasp concepts; analytical thinking skills and ability to anticipate next steps; organized and thorough in work; ability to multi-task and manage workload; good follow up and attention to detail; ability to address problems proactively; uses good judgment and knows when to involve others; computer literacy.

• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management databases, fulfillment systems highly preferred
