Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Complies with the station’s attendance/tardiness standards.

• Maintain and/or install plumbing fixtures, line valves, sewer storm drains, and waste disposal equipment.

• Ensure facility conformance to local, state, and national building codes and regulations.

• Repair/modify compressors and steam cleaning equipment.

• Constructs building additions, partitions, and modifications and make or repair wooden items such as cabinets, shelves, and test stands.

• Paint interior and exterior surfaces.

• Maintain electrical circuitry and elements.

• Install, repair heating and refrigeration units.

• Assist in preparing job estimates as required.

• Perform janitorial duties as necessary.

• Follow safety policies and procedures.
