Job Title: Inside Sales/Customer Service Manager

Location: Taneytown, MD

Pay Range: $25-$30.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

Our client in Taneytown, MD is a leading provider in the home building, remodeling, and contracting industry. This role offers the opportunity to lead and be a part of the customer service department.

This is a temporary to permanent position, with the possibility of a direct hire with immediate benefits for a candidate with the right skillset.

This position is full time, Monday thru Friday work week, and in person.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a department of three customer service representatives

  • Accurately price orders and provide customer quotes via phone and email

  • Handle customer requests efficiently and proficiently

  • check orders for accuracy and confirm delivery schedules

  • Perform typical customer service duties

What’s Needed?

  • 5-10 years of management experience

  • The ability to take charge of the department in a leadership role

  • 2-3 years or more of experience in customer service within the home building, remodeling, contracting, building suppliers, or manufacturing sectors

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with various team members and departments
