Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Teaneck, New Jersey. As an integral part of our team, you will be tasked with managing account coding, working with various accounting software systems, and handling ADP financial services. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.

• Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer credit records.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and relevant solutions.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status.

• Utilize accounting software systems effectively to manage and organize account records.

• Carry out account coding tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Manage and perform various accounting functions as required.

• Ensure compliance with auditing standards and procedures.

• Use ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient resource management.

• Handle Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is required for the role.

• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is essential.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of Concur software will be beneficial.

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required.

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions efficiently is a must.

• Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is key for the role.

• Skills in Accrual Accounting are necessary.

• Experience in Auditing is preferred.

• Knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) is desirable.
