Adecco Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our client's team!

Position Name: Senior Analyst, Commercial Analytics (Pharmaceutical & Plasma)

Location: Teaneck, NJ (Hybrid Remote)

Employment Type: Direct-Hire & Permanent

Setting: Hybrid Remote

Pay

$180,000-$225,000 per year

Shift (Full-Time)

Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5pm

Qualifications

  • Must have 5-10 years Data Analytics experience in BOTH Pharmaceuticals & Plasma . If you do not have at least at least 5+ years as a Pharmaceutical & Plasma Data Analyst reflected on your Resume, your application will be disqualified.   • Experience in Data Analysis , Pricing Analysis , and Business Analysis .

  • Experience within the pharmaceutical and plasma industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or similar.

  • Expertise in statistical software and programming languages such as R, Python, and SQL.

  • Proficient in Managed Markets Insight & Technology (MMIT) and IQVIA data analysis.

  • Familiar with Specialty Pharmacy and Distributor channels.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

  • Proficient in using data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

  • Background in conducting market research and analyzing data — quantitative and qualitative — to uncover significant insights.

Job Summary & Employer Description

The Senior Data Analyst will conduct market research and provide data-driven insights to inform commercial strategies. This role involves managing diverse datasets, including sales, claims, and distributor data, to influence market access and sales decisions. Reporting to the Director of Strategy, the analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve brand planning and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze datasets from Specialty Pharmacy, distributors, and MMIT, focusing on reimbursement claims, formulary coverage, and benefits.

  • Evaluate rebate and contract performance with PBMs and GPOs to support business growth.

  • Create executive dashboards and reports on operational efficiency and sales outcomes.

  • Present complex data to senior leadership with actionable recommendations.

  • Conduct research to gather competitive intelligence and analyze market trends.

  • Identify commercial data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony) for analytics projects.

  • Provide sales and volume forecasts for the future drug portfolio.

  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting the market.

  • Participate in pricing discussions with customer accounts.

  • Contribute to enhancing operating procedures and work instructions.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and data providers.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Sales Operations.

  • Mentor junior analysts and provide training on data analysis tools.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
