Purpose
Provide quality control and assurance services to ensure the accuracy and operations manual compliance of natural gas as-builts and associated documentation.
Responsibilities
Leadership and Direction
Perform work under limited supervision. Receive direction on complex assignments with general guidance on execution.
Position does not include direct supervisory responsibilities but will serve as a lead/resource among team of colleagues in equivalent roles to share technical proficiency, guidance, and mentorship. May assist in delegation of assignments or provide feedback to managers regarding team performance and evaluation.
Review and monitor the work of project team to ensure that it meets standards.
Provide training to project team.
At the Operational and Company Level
Provide quality assurance and project reporting of As-builts.
Coordinate with other internal departments to meet project requirements.
Do the Work
Review completed As-built drawings and documentation to ensure adherence to established specifications and
Send As-built corrections to contractor.
Work with contractors to ensure the proper corrections are completed.
Create and track As-built drawing status.
Create and provide status reports to client.
Monitor work of personnel to ensure that it meets the operation manual standards.
Manage priorities, including organizing workflow and establishing tasks for project team.

Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent commensurate experience
Associate’s degree
Three (3) years of quality control and assurance experience.
Experience with computer applications and civil engineering design.
Familiarity with reading construction
Experience leading a team.
Physical Demands and Working Environment
Primarily indoor professional office environment, which can consist of possible bright/dim light, noise, fumes, odors, and traffic.
Mobility around an office environment, occasional squat or kneel.
Frequent and prolonged use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Occasional lifting or carrying up to 20 pounds.
Occasional pushing or pulling up to 20 pounds.
Occasional reaching outward or above shoulder.
